Gullco welding electrode and welding flux dryer
Some substances in welding electrodes and welding flux can absorb moisture from the atmosphere and must be re-dried before processing. Drying ovens are used for this purpose. Gullco offers portable and stationary electrode and powder dryers in various sizes. Please contact the respective manufacturers for recommendations on re-drying times and temperatures.
Technical data
Our drying ovens have a capacity of 9 - 450 kg and reach temperatures of 150°C - 455°C. All our ovens have a thermostat and the temperature can be continuously adjusted using a potentiometer. The portable ovens have a lift device to make it easy to remove the electrodes and make work easier. A robust design enables use on construction sites.
