Since our company was founded in 1989, we have been involved in submerged arc welding technology on an almost daily basis and supply our customers with automatic carriers, welding technology and the required welding consumables consisting of wire and powder. We can realize complete submerged arc gantries for stationary production or a solution for the construction site consisting of a submerged arc tractor and a submerged arc inverter power source. We have already installed complete UP systems in cement works and pipe mills around the world.

Retrofit from old to new

We specialize in retrofits for submerged arc welding gantries and systems. Energy efficiency and cost savings are playing an increasingly important role, especially in today's world. You already have an existing "old-fashioned" submerged arc welding system including a machine carrier. Replacing individual components, including reworking existing parts, usually helps here. We will carry out an assessment of your existing system combination and advise you on how we can cost-effectively bring your system back up to the latest state of the art.
